Seacoast Region Foliage Report
The autumn color show continues in the Seacoast region, as brilliant oranges, reds and yellows hold their ground. Recent rain has knocked a fair amount of leaves to the ground, creating colorful carpets throughout the region. Remaining trees look like they’ve gotten a haircut, but their colors are staying strong, showing different shades of gold, amber, rust and red. The crowds are gone, and now is the time to visit the beaches along Route 1A. See the herring gulls circle overhead as you watch the surfers along North Beach. As you experience the beauty of fall in this area, consider planning a vacation here for next summer.
This final report was updated on Monday, October 26th, at 1:21pm.
