The Mt. Washington Regional Airport KHIE has provided general aviation services in the White Mountains of northern New Hampshire for more than 50 years. Located just west of Mt. Washington, the airport is 60 miles east of Montpelier, Vermont, and 25 miles southwest of Berlin, New Hampshire.

Lebanon Municipal Airport (LEB) is situated alongside the Connecticut River between the Green Mountains of Vermont and the White Mountains of New Hampshire, just minutes from Dartmouth College and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.  With daily flights to New York's LaGuardia Airport via Colgate Air/United Express, Lebanon Airport offers free parking and free Wi-Fi service to all travelers. Short lines and a quick check-in get passengers on their way sooner than at the bigger airports.

Driving/Rental Car Information

The most convenient way to explore New Hampshire is by car, as there is no statewide transportation system.

Highways
Interstate Routes 89, 93 and 95 provide convenient multi-lane access to many parts of New Hampshire.

A free State Highway Map is available at Welcome and Information Centers throughout the state.

Ground Transportation

Airport Shuttle

Amtrak/USA Rail
Serves northern New England with a stop in Claremont, New Hampshire. AMTRAK Downeaster makes five round trips daily between Portland, Maine, and Boston, Mass, with stops in Dover, Durham and Exeter. Concord Coach Lines
Providing daily service to Boston's South Station and Logan Airport to and from 18 communities in New Hampshire. Stops are primarily in the Merrimack Valley, Lakes Region and White Mountains. 800-639-3317 and in New England 603-228-3300. Visit the Concord Coach Lines website.

Greyhound
Greyhound Bus Lines/Vermont Transit Serves Hanover, New London, Concord, Manchester and Nashua, and has routes to Boston, Montreal, White River Junction and Burlington (Vermont).
