The transition from fall to winter has begun in the White Mountains Region. Rain and wind storms the past several days have shaken most of this autumn’s beautiful leaves off the trees. Signs of winter have been spotted on various mountain peaks, which means it won’t be long before the winter fun begins! Skiing, tubing, dog-sledding, winter-hiking? The options are endless.
