Description

John Paul Jones House Museum Georgian house built in 1758 and home of the Portsmouth Historical Society since 1920. John Paul Jones boarded here while waiting for ships Ranger and America to be completed. Museum of Portsmouth History--"We tell Portsmouth Stories." Host of the Portsmouth Peace Treaty Exhibit. Open 7 days 11-5 May-Oct 31; admission $6, seniors and AAA $5; children 14 and under free. Tours are self-guided.
