Description

Museum devoted to preserving and sharing the stories of America's Greatest Generation. Displays of 1940s home life and a collection of fully-operable WWII vehicles bring the past to life! Visit the Home Front Gallery to see how everyday Americans lived and worked during World War II. Travel through the war years of 1939-1945 one room at a time in the Time Tunnel. Pop culture, news of the War and Home Front happenings are illustrated with authentic objects and explored at audio and video stations. Tour the Military Gallery to see many of the Museum's military vehicles including tanks and half tracks as well as many other unique vehicles. Visit the Mezzanine to view exhibits that detail the American World War II military experience.
