Description

Discover New England’s premier air and space science museum dedicated to New Hampshire astronauts Christa McAuliffe and Alan Shepard, featuring state-of-the-art interactive exhibits on aviation, astronomy, and Earth and space sciences. Visitors can enjoy the planetarium, Earth and Planetary Sciences Gallery, special traveling exhibits and educational programs, and the facility is available for rental for special events and overnight adventures. There is also an observatory, science store and café. The Discovery Center is centrally located off I-93 Exit 1. Parking is free. Schedule: June 15 - Labor day & All School Vacations, open 7 days a week 10am - 5pm Labor Day - June 14, open Thursday - Sunday 10am - 5pm Open 1st and 2nd Friday Evenings Monthly 6:30 - 9pm Closed Major Holidays, call for schedule Mon. - Fri. 8am-5pm or visit www.starhop.com
