Description

The Discovery Room gives you a window on New Hampshire's great outdoors, complete with a life-sized moose cow and her calf! Exhibits show an array of New Hampshire landscapes that are so realistic, children and adults alike will forget that they're getting an education. Explore the sights and sounds of these landscapes, including a pond, stream, beaver pond, meadow, woodland, vernal pool, boreal forest, and even a typical backyard. Open 8:30am – 4:00pm weekdays. Groups pls. call ahead to make arrangements 603-271-3211.
