Description

This 18 mile trail begins at Cherry Pond, a birdwatchers paradise, and ends in Gorham. The trail goes through the Silvio O. Conte National Fish and Wildlife Refuge (http://www.fws.gov/r5soc/) and a great spot to view the Presidential Range. The trail passes by the Israel and Moose rivers and is a beautiful North Country gem. Suitable for hiking, biking, horseback riding, snowshoeing, nordic skiing, snowmobiling and mushing.
