The Fisher Cats, the Double-A Eastern League affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays, is New Hampshire's only Major League Affiliated baseball team. MerchantsAuto.com Stadium offers a dramatic view of both the Merrimack River and the downtown Manchester skyline.
Since the Nashua Pride brought professional baseball back to New Hampshire in 1998, more than 150 players have stepped onto the field at Historic Holman Stadium. This includes five men who have returned to the major leagues (Milt Cuyler, Joe Grahe, Felix Jose, Curtis Pride, and Mitch Meluskey), as well as two who went on to make their big league debuts after leaving town (James Lofton and Brendan Donnelly).
The Manchester Monarchs is the primary American Hockey League affiliate of the Los Angeles Kings. Home games are at the Verizon Wireless Arena on Elm Street in Manchester.
The Manchester Wolves is a professional arena football team, based at the Verizon Wireless Arena in Manchester. The Wolves play in the East Division of the American Conference of the af2 league, which is the minor league of the Arena Football League.
