We are committed to local sourcing and our Chef Neal Myers and Sous Chef Brad Frederick can often be seen on Saturday mornings at the Jackson Farmers Market and on Sunday mornings at the North Conway Farmers Market. If you ever visit us on a Friday evening you may run into "Bill the Mushroom Man" who has been providing us with wild mushrooms for over twenty years. We are proud to have a Certified Local Designation from the New Hampshire Farm to Restaurant Connection and we partner with many local farms.
Our friendly and knowledgeable team is happy to accommodate guests with specific dietary needs, so please feel free to contact us with your special requests. Gluten free or any other allergies you may have all can be accommodated - all of our stocks are simmered for days so flour is not used as a thickening agent thus most items on our menu are gluten free. For our Vegetarian guests we always have tempeh in house and with the multitude of fresh local vegetables available Chef Neal Myers will create a special individual dish for you.
