Description

We are a family-operated business located in the Newfound Lake Region of NH in a 1767 grist mill. We make artisan ice cream and fudge from scratch using the finest natural ingredients. Our fudge contains Callebaut Belgian dark chocolate, Cabot butter, pure NH honey and cane sugar and never any corn syrup, preservatives, artificial flavors or colors. Just 2.5 miles South of Newfound Lake, The Mill Fudge Factory and Ice Cream Cafe is a popular destination for area visitors! We also have a performance venue in The Back Room, where we hold Friday open mic nights and Saturday concerts. We offer an exciting menu consisting of grilled paninis, customized fresh salads, quesadillas, gourmet NH ravioli, NH made soup, espresso, beer, wine and, of course, lots of ice cream and fudge!
