Located in a quiet residential neighborhood along the Pemigewasset River in the White Mountains at the gateway to Franconia Nocth and the western end of the Kangamagus Highway. Fourteen one and two bedroom motel units (non-smoking) w/CCTV, WiFi, AC, microwaves and small refrigerators. Eight cabins with kitchenettes, six directly on the river with exceptional views. Outdoor pool (seasonal), campfire ring, lighted gazebo and play area. Swim, fish or just relax along a scenic section of the Pemi. Open May - October.
