The Vertical Challenge will hold ski and snowboard races in a fun festival atmosphere at Cannon Mountain on Friday, January 31st. Skiers and riders of all ages and ability levels will enjoy themselves, whether they’re trying their first race or have competed in races for years. Points count not only toward NASTAR rankings, but toward qualification for the VC finals at the end of March.
The races are free with a lift ticket, and the tour is about a lot more than making good time on your run, too. Making a lasting positive impression on families, and especially kids, is at the heart of the VC mission.
