CHANNEL WATERFRONT COTTAGES
Overview
We have 15 beautiful cottages and we're located right on the CHANNEL connecting Paugus Bay to Lake Winnipesaukee!
* 1, 2, & 3+ Bedrooms all w/AC, cable tv & free WiFi. Most w/kitchens and some w/screened porches.
* Shallow private sandy beach making it just perfect for small children.
* Grilling area w/2 stainless Weber gas grills and plenty of seating for your cookouts!
* Island w/tiki bar, SONOS stereo system, 65" TV, fireplace and lots of seating to relax & watch the boat parades!
* Pets are welcome (pls let us know when making your reservation).
* Park at your door & walk to everything in Weirs Beach (shopping, restaurants, Mt. Washington Cruises, batting cages, water bumper boats, etc).
* All couples and families resort.
* Open April to October.
* Perfect location for BIRTHDAY/ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATIONS as well as FAMILY REUNIONS/VACATIONS.
