Gunstock Mountain Resort

Skiing and riding on 40 trails with some of the State's best views.

Overview

Gunstock is where families reconnect with winter. Snow is the common denominator for winter fun: skiing, snowboarding, snowtubing and Nordic skiing. There’s also snowshoeing and even skijoring (cross country skiing with dogs in harness). Gunstock is a four-season mountain resort that offers year-round fun and adventure with skiing and snowboarding on 227 acres and 49 trails with 98% snowmaking. On-mountain improvements for the 2024/2025 season include trail upgrades, additional snowmaking and other projects totalling $4.8 million. Gunstock has been offering a classic New England experience since the 1930s with unmatched views of Lake Winnipesaukee and the White Mountains beyond. And unlike most ski areas in New Hampshire, the fun doesn’t stop when the sun goes down. Gunstock’s lighted trails extend skiing and riding into the night for more family fun with night sessions terrain parks and snowtubing.

In summer, Gunstock's Adventure Park features zipline tours, aerial treetop challenge courses, a mountain coaster and scenic chairlift rides with spectacular views. New Hampshire Magazine named Gunstock as the Best Summer Attraction in the Lakes Region. Every list of fun-things-to-do in N.H. includes Gunstock. An award-winning, 250-site campground is a great home base for all your summer adventures. Located in New Hampshire’s Lakes Region, Gunstock is close to Boston and New Hampshire's Seacoast, and just minutes away from BankNH Pavilion and numerous area attractions. Gunstock is a perfect destination for weddings, meetings, and is the ideal vacation getaway for couples, families and groups.

Experience year-round outdoor adventure at Gunstock and reconnect with what matters.
