Purity Spring XC & Snowshoe Reserve

Purity Spring XC & Snowshoe Reserve

Overview

The Purity Spring XC & Snowshoe Reserve features 20km of scenic trails that wind through the forests around Purity Lake, traverse through the grounds of Purity Spring Resort and twist through tall pines in the adjacent Hoyt/Audubon Wildlife Sanctuary. Generally, 12+km are tracked and skate-groomed twice weekly and daily on weekends or when usage is high. Trail levels range from beginner to advanced and are open from sunrise to sunset. Dogs are not allowed on weekends or during holiday periods. Well-behaved dogs can join their owners for adventures midweek during non-holiday periods and we just ask that owners have a leash ready when passing others on trails and usual consideration with dogs. Cross Country ski rentals are available at the King Pine Rental Shop. Nordic trail passes or tickets can be purchased at the King Pine base lodge or The Mill, main office.

The Purity Spring XC & Snowshoe Reserve is open sunrise to sunset, weather permitting. Trail passes can be purchased at Guest Services in the King Pine base lodge or at The Mill, main office. Nordic Skiing and Snowshoeing are always complimentary with your valid King Pine lift ticket! *Trail passes are required for snowshoers on groomed trails; back-country snowshoeing is free. Please visit our trail & snow conditions page or call (603) 367-8896 for updated conditions. All winter activities are subject to weather conditions, and the operations schedule may change without notice.
