Nestled among 182 acres in the charming village of Bethlehem, The Adair ensures a memorable lodging experience that is rich with history and idyllic New England charm. Each spacious room is thoughtfully decorated with antiques, several with a featherbed and fireplace. The chef's daily, included breakfast fills the halls with smells of apple-cinnamon french toast or fresh popovers.

A quick 10 minute drive to the heart of Franconia Notch, be sure to pack your skis, snowboards or crampons for a day of winter fun. Strap on a pair of complimentary snowshoes provided by the Inn and follow a 2-mile trail loop trail in the trees. Watch the sun set amid the snowy presidential peaks followed by dinner in the cozy dining room, or a game of billiards by the famed Granite Room fireplace to round out the perfect day.

Adair Country Inn & Restaurant offers the perfect setting for small business meetings of 15 - 20 people. Luncheons, buffet dinner or sit down dinners are available. The 200 acres are designed by the Olmsted Brothers and offer an optimum location for sales and/or board meetings, business retreats and more. Adair Country Inn & Restaurant offers the perfect setting for intimate and romantic weddings of up to 40 guests. Located in Bethlehem, White Mountains, the Adair is only 2.5 hours away from Boston. The 200 acres are designed by the Olmsted Brothers and the ceremony can take place at the gate garden, stone wall or at the gazebo with lily pond. Reception options vary from luncheons, buffet or sit down dinners and can be outside or in the restaurant. The Adair Country Inn & Restaurant is also know for it rehearsal dinners, bridal showers or brunches, all tailor made to your needs.
