Seacoast Science Center

Situated along the scenic New Hampshire coastline, Seacoast Science Center at Odiorne Point State Park, offers a mix of natural beauty and educational experiences. Visitors can interact with marine life at the touch tank, dive into aquariums and exhibits to learn about sea stars, lobsters, fish, and marine mammals from the Gulf of Maine and beyond, participate in visitor daily programs, and learn about conservation efforts. Our unique location serves as a coastal campus, allowing exploration of the Park?s history, tide pools, and over 3 miles of coastal and forest trails.

From the fun and games of an annual staff picnic to an international video-conferenced sales meeting, or just a quiet off- site location to discuss business, any meeting or function at the Center is sure to surpass your expectations. We offer three distinctly different settings: Sugden House and Exhibit Galleries The historic Sugden House's stone walls and lighting creates a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Complete with a kitchen, seating for 100 theater-style or up to 72 at tables, Wi-Fi, and a stone fireplace. Function Tent Our 3,200 sq. ft. function tent (available May-October) offers unsurpassed coastal views. It is complete with electrical power, lighting, a full floor, and sheltering sidewalls. Accommodates 200 people at tables; add-on rental tents are available. Gregg Interactive Learning Studio Our modern meeting venue, packed with user-friendly, high definition presentation and video-conferencing equipment. The presenter’s station allows instructors to shift presentation modes seamlessly. The 1,300 sq. ft. studio can accommodate 32 participants at movable workstations, although studio’s flexibility allows it to accommodate up to 100.
