The Preserve at Chocorua

Welcome to The Preserve at Chocorua, a beautiful estate nestled in the historic town of Tamworth, New Hampshire, perfect for leisurely retreats and memorable celebrations. A place for intimate wedding ceremonies, engaging community events, and most importantly a place that feels like “home” when you arrive.

Within our 30 acre estate, guests can enjoy various amenities, including fire pits, lawn games, and hiking trails with convenient proximity to the White Mountains and Lakes Region. The estate, available from Thursday to Sunday, is ideal for weddings, workshops, corporate retreats, and family reunions, with accommodations for up to 73 overnight guests in our cottages and farmhouse. We also offer bed & breakfast packages for those needing simple accommodations or wanting a cozy retreat in the mountains. Our property features our Hayford Barn and custom Sperry Sailcloth Tent to provide the perfect event setting, rain or shine. Our charming Sap House and Ice Pavillion serve as versatile spaces for intimate ceremonies or cocktail hours.

At The Preserve, each one of our spaces is appointed with the amenities and ambience to plan your next corporate retreat or family reunion with attention and care. For conferences, meetings, or workshops our property provides a large variety of multi-purpose rooms and spaces versatile and inviting to your needs. Onsite planning is available to oversee every detail and curate the perfect event.
