Black Swan Inn B&B is an elegant and charming 1880's Victorian Inn. The former Peabody Brown Estate boasts solid oak & walnut woodwork throughout and breathtaking stained glass windows! The 7 rooms are charming and unique, offering very comfortable beds and private and semi private baths. In addition, we offer 2, two room suites in the carriage house. The Inn is located on 3 beautiful acres with historical formal gardens, a river walk and views of the mountains! We are close to downtown shopping, dining and we are about 20 minutes to local Lakes Region attractions which include mountain biking, boating, fishing, Gunstock Mountain and The Meadowbrook Concert Pavilion.
