9/11 Memorial Walk

Overview

This is the 25th Anniversary of the Terror Attacks of September 11, 2001… We must never forget those who lost their lives and we need to stand together as one nation, a united people under God for Liberty and Justice for ALL.
Please meet us as we gather at 5:00 PM for the annual Memorial Walk of September 11 that we have been doing for more than 20 years. This Memorial Walk was started by the Pentagon and one of its founders brought here to Jackson and that is Andy Friedrick. We begin with the Pledge of Allegiance to our Flag, followed by a few words from the walks founder Andy Friedrick, the singing of our the Star Spangled Banner, the unfolding of the incredible Story Land Flag, A moment of silence, and the walk.
Walk will leave from the Jackson Covered Bridge at approximately 5:30 PM.
J-Town Deli invites all Military, Fire, Police and Rescue personnel walking at 5:30 PM for a light breakfast the morning of… Friends and family invited as well at cost.
