Acoustic Alchemy have been at the forefront of contemporary jazz for over three decades, even if the band's signature eclectic mix of styles has meant they have never comfortably fit snugly into any one genre. They have delivered 22 acclaimed albums over 30+ years. From their very first album 'Red Dust and Spanish Lace' (1987), to their current release "The Empire of Lights, they have spent 3+ decades defining and refining the sound of Instrumental Jazz with hits such as Mr. Chow, Lazeez, Flamoco Loco, Catalina Kiss & Jamaica Heartbeat.

• 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝-𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐞 & 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐬: Pair your meal with selections from our wine book—proud recipient of the Wine Spectator Award for four consecutive years (2023–2026).
