Create your own decorative mini textile house in this fun workshop! In this class students will use cotton, wool or linen fabrics embellished with machine and hand stitching to create a one of a kind mini house. These houses are approximately 5 inches tall and make great decorations or special gifts. Sewing machines and fabric will be provided.
Students will need to bring:
• Fabric scissors
• A photo, sketch or idea for the landscape they want to create
• Lunch or a snack
• Optional any fabrics or lace of their own they might want to use

Instructor will provide:
• Fabric, thread and stabilizer to create all the sides of the house
• A variety of thread for machine stitching and hand stitching and needles
• Wood house block for each student
• Iron to share

Tuition is $50 per student, with a $25 materials fee paid cash or check to the instructor on the day of class.

Space is limited and pre-registration is required.
