Silver Rings with Faceted Stones Class with Joy Raskin

Ready to set sparkly faceted gemstones into rings? In this one-day workshop, students will take round faceted stones, solder on silver tube bezels to silver rings, and then set the stones. For oval shapes and other odd shaped faceted stones, we will make a step bezel from silver, solder the bezel to the ring and set stones. Students can make single stone rings or multiple stone rings. All materials will be provided, though students may bring their own gemstones or silver to use. Estimated materials cost of silver and gemstones is $30 to $90.

Tuition is $75 per student. Materials fee is between $30-$90 depending on the stones and amount of silver the student uses. The materials fee will be paid cash or check to the instructor on the day of class.

Space is limited and pre-registration is required.
