This warming cocktail, charmingly named “Sweater Weather,” combines rich hot chocolate with local Chocorua Rye, Amaro Nonino and Lustau Pedro Ximenez sherry for a unique flavor. Topped with orange scented whipped cream, this cocktail is completed with citrus notes to accentuate the already lively flavors!

Owen Wolfertz, Food and Beverage Manager at the AC Hotel shared: “I wanted to tie together the hotel’s Spanish roots (utilizing PX Sherry) with our local culture (utilizing Tamworth Distilling Chocorua Rye from Tamworth, NH), creating a cocktail to warm guests up after a chilly winter day out exploring Portsmouth and the seacoast.”

Underneath a whipped cream topping drizzled with blackberry syrup and covered in chocolate shavings you’ll find a delectable blackberry cocktail served up at Giuseppe’s! This beverage combines classic hot chocolate with Morécello, a locally produced Italian Blackberry Liqueur. The two combine to create an irresistible hot chocolate rendition you won’t soon forget!
