Sparks will fly at 9:30pm on Saturday nights this summer, beginning July 16th and ending August 13th, as the Weirs Action Committee and area sponsors once again present the Fireworks at Weirs Beach! The Weirs Beach fireworks are shot from a barge out on the lake, so everyone has access to the entire beach to watch the spectacle. The boardwalk and the public docks will also provide fine viewing. Fireworks shot from the barge are bigger and go higher! As the fireworks reflect onto the lake below, a flotilla of boats will light up the lake with colorful lights. The August 13th show is a rain date. All other shows will take place weather permitting. Major sponsors of the Weirs Beach Fireworks include Atlas Fireworks, the City of Laconia, Half Moon Enterprises, and others.
