The Division of Travel and Tourism has a contract with Strategic Marketing & Research Insights, LLC (SMARInsights). SMARInstights is an Indiana-based full-service research firm with a focus on travel and tourism. They have more than 33 years of proven experience, having worked with 20 state tourism organizations, 38 convention and visitors bureaus, and 23 attractions.
SMARInsights is responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive research program that will complement the mission of the division. In addition to evaluating advertising effectiveness and the Division’s return on investment.
