The Division of Travel and Tourism has worked with Strategic Marketing & Research Insights, LLC (SMARInsights) for research. SMARInstights is an Indiana-based full-service research firm with a focus on travel and tourism. They have more than 33 years of proven experience, having worked with 20 state tourism organizations, 38 convention and visitors bureaus, and 23 attractions.
SMARInsights has developed and executed a comprehensive research program that will complement the mission of the division, in addition to evaluating advertising effectiveness and the Division’s return on investment.
