A resident sentiment study was done in December 2024, residents were asked their attitudes towards tourism in New Hampshire. The Resident Sentiment Study findings are broken out by overall sentiment for the state and by regions.
The “Halo Effect” research expands on this by measuring the impact of tourism marketing and visitation on a destination’s image across major economic development indicators. This study helps destinations understand how tourism advertising not only attracts visitors and revenue but also enhances the destination’s image for residency, employment, entrepreneurship, and education.
