CVB Feasibility Study

Utilizing EDA funding, the Coraggio Group conducted a comprehensive feasibility study on establishing a statewide Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) for New Hampshire. The analysis examined post-pandemic conditions in meetings, sports, and group travel and evaluated opportunities to strengthen tourism, workforce recruitment, and business attraction.

Through statewide stakeholder engagement, benchmarking, and market analysis, the project produced a strategic roadmap addressing governance, funding, and coordination. The study ultimately determined that a statewide CVB is not recommended at this time and instead outlines alternative strategies to enhance collaboration and competitiveness without creating a new entity.
